Design and research of the composite vibration damping frame of chiller based on the principle of dynamic vibration absorption and damping

  • Objective In order to improve this problem, a composite vibration damping frame with both low-frequency vibration absorption and medium and high frequency vibration suppression is designed based on the principle of dynamic vibration absorption and damping vibration suppression.
    Methods The composite damping frame adopts an integrated structure design, and the vibration transmission of the unit can be reduced through the optimal configuration of vibration absorption structure and damping materials. In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of the composite vibration damping frame are analyzed and the vibration absorption effect is estimated and demonstrated via test.
    Results The results show that the vibration absorption structure can achieve a single frequency of 7dB vibration absorption effect.
    Conclusion The composite damping frame can take into account the low-frequency and medium-high frequency vibration isolation effect of the equipment, and has certain practical value for engineering applications.
