  • 摘要: 【目的】旨在基于OpenMDAO研究BLISS-2000多学科设计优化方法的近似模型、一致性约束、边界更新策略对其收敛性能与优化效率的影响。【方法】首先,给出了BLISS-2000方法优化流程和边界更新策略;然后,基于OpenMDAO建立了BLISS-2000方法模型,结合数学算例和工程算例验证了所建模型的准确性;最后,研究了近似模型准确度、一致性等式约束及约束松弛、边界更新策略对BLISS-2000方法收敛性能与优化效率的影响。【结果】结果表明,提高近似模型准确度、选取适当的约束松弛因子和边界更新因子,可大幅度提高BLISS-2000方法的收敛性能与优化效率,同时获得了基于约束松弛的BLISS-2000方法相关参数的建议取值。【结论】研究结果可对改进BLISS-2000方法及船舶与海洋工程装备概念设计阶段应用BLISS-2000方法提供参考。

     

    Abstract: ObjectivesThe paper aims to study the influence of approximation model, consistency constraint and boundary update strategy of BLISS-2000 multidisciplinary design optimization method on its convergence performance and optimization efficiency based on OpenMDAO. Methods Firstly, the optimization process and boundary update strategy of BLISS-2000 are given. Then, the BLISS-2000 model is established based on OpenMDAO, and the accuracy of the model is verified by mathematical examples and engineering examples. Finally, the effects of approximate model accuracy, consistency equality constraints and constraint relaxation, boundary update strategy on the convergence performance and optimization efficiency of BLISS-2000 are studied. Results The results show that improving the accuracy of the approximate model and selecting the appropriate constraint relaxation factor and boundary update factor can greatly improve the convergence performance and optimization efficiency of the BLISS-2000. At the same time, the recommended values of the relevant parameters of the BLISS-2000 based on constraint relaxation are obtained. Conclusions The research results can provide reference for the improvement of BLISS-2000 and the application of BLISS-2000 in the conceptual design stage of ships and marine equipment.
