A Efficient Ship Hull Multi-Objective Optimization Method Considering Ice Resistance and Calm Water Resistance

  • 摘要: 【目的】为解决碎冰环境对船舶性能的影响,提出一种同时考虑碎冰阻力和静水阻力的高效船型优化方法。【方法】该方法通过基于NFFD开发的建模平台自动生成船型,采用CFD和CFD&DEM方法基于Java宏方式自动计算大量目标船型的静水阻力和碎冰阻力,并通过XGBoost算法建立代理模型替换优化流程中的数值仿真过程,最终执行NSGA-III算法进行优化求解。【结果】以KCS标准模型进行验证,优化后船型的冰阻力降低10.58%,静水阻力降低2.32%。优化流程中通过编程和宏方法避免大量重复的人工操作,且XGBoost模型在同等数据量下相比于其他代理模型表现出更好的拟合性能,减少

     

    Abstract: Objectives To address the impact of ice floes on ship performance, an efficient hull optimization method that considers both ice resistance and calm water resistance is proposed. Methods This method automatically generates hull forms using a modeling platform developed based on NFFD. It employs CFD and CFD&DEM methods, utilizing Java macros to automatically calculate the calm water resistance and ice resistance of numerous target hulls. The XGBoost algorithm is used to establish a surrogate model, replacing the numerical simulation process in the optimization workflow.
